KEYLAND Technological Demonstrator
Burgos.
#4burgosi40 > Expo Industry 4.0 2024 > Demonstrators
Fórum Evolución Burgos. Hall 3rd floor
Demonstrator number 25
Description
The demonstrator is based on the integration of collaborative and mobile robotics solutions (KUKA AMR, PRAMAC forklift, DOOSAN E 0509 Series cobot with NSF certification for the food industry, KUKA cobot, and Synersight AGV) with industrial software (SAP ERP, AVEVA MES, Remote by Keyland) and its middleware K-ISS: Integration System Software.
The result is a seamless integration that optimizes operational efficiency, streamlines processes through robotics, reduces costs and raises quality in the industry. With this demo they not only show their technical capability, but also their commitment to industrial innovation.
Innovative aspects
The Systems Integration Software (KISS) developed by Keyland allows both the connection of robotic equipment with different plant systems, as well as the monitoring, control and management of different robot fleets from different manufacturers (MIR, KUKA, OMRON), as well as robotic devices of different types (cobots, AGVs, AMRs and Forklifts).
This demonstrator is part of the testing and experimentation infrastructure available at DIHBU, through the EDIH DIGIS3 services. KEYLAND is a founder member of the DIHBU.
