Description
There will be a demonstration with 2 pieces of equipment:
- ISI ROB: Automated non-contact 3D measuring station designed to perform dimensional inspection of products and parts at the shop floor in the easiest way.
- GAP GUN: Portable laser profilometer for fast, easy and traceable inspection of 2D dimensions, minimizing human error in profile measurement.
Innovative aspects
ISI ROB: The software validates the part with GO / NO GO message, automatic and network accessible 3D reports, SPC data control, Plug&Play in 3 steps: select reference, position part and execute measurement, incorporates Agile 3D automation software, simplifying tasks and reducing programming times.
GAP GUN: Digitize all conventional measurements with a single instrument, direct connectivity with the database, direct traceability. Know the status of your parts or assemblies immediately, after each capture, the interface evaluates whether the dimensions are within or outside tolerances.

ISI ROB: This product is fully operational in different companies such as Teknia, Forminsa, Azpiaran and Maier.
GAP GUN: This product is fully operational in important automotive, aeronautics, energy, railway, etc. companies, such as Airbus, Mercedes, Iveco, Aciturri.
