The presentation will show the case study of G+D (Giesecke + Devrient) through which it will be possible to see all the advantages of OEE (a crucial indicator to evaluate the efficiency of an industrial plant and improve its productivity) and the main functionalities of the technology on which the project is based, AVEVA Digital OEE.

Keyland implements the solution by configuring Digital OEE to register the 20 machines involved in the project:
- 5 milling machines
- 8 stamping machines
- 7 implanting machines
The following signals are acquired for each of the machines: machine running signal, machine stopped signal, good card signal, bad card signal, machine off signal, machine on signal.
The implementation has had a positive impact due to the following factors:
- Real-time monitoring of the machines
- Data history
- Relationship between OEE, machines and products
- Positive reception by personnel
