The European EAGLE project, led by UBU, launches new editions of its courses focused on improving digital skills in industrial and technological sectors, with official recognition.

From September 2025, four free courses with official university microcredentials will be available, adding up to 3 ECTS recognizable at any university in the European Higher Education Area.

Those who complete the four courses will receive a total of 90 hours of specialized training, also valid for validation in higher education studies such as masters.

Courses with university microcredit (ECTS)

Each course can be taken separately, with its corresponding certificate and credits, or jointly to achieve 3 ECTS.

Short courses with UBU diploma (without ECTS)

In addition, the EAGLE project will maintain its offer of short, free and diploma courses from the University of Burgos. Although they do not award ECTS, they are designed for practical learning of key skills:

  • Basic control in industry. Learn how to configure a PID controller.

3rd edition: 18 November to 1 December 2025

The dates of the following courses will also be announced shortly:

  • Increase your productivity and work efficiency by using large language models like ChatGPT and Gemini. (2 editions planned)
  • Application of optimization techniques in products, processes and business resources. (1 edition planned)

All courses are delivered in online or semi-classroom mode, facilitating participation from anywhere.

The main objective of the EAGLE project, in which it participates as a DIHBU partner, is to design and deliver high quality specialized training courses that reflect the latest developments in key capability areas (Cybersecurity, Big Data, Robotics, Blockchain and Smart Energy), supporting the development of people’s advanced digital skills in the workforce, with a focus on SMEs, for both managers and employees.
