The European EAGLE project is aimed at bridging the digital skills gap in European SMEs.

The main objective of the project is to design and deliver highly specialized short training courses in key areas of Industry 4.0, aimed at employees, middle managers and managers of SMEs, incorporating the latest developments in key areas such as cybersecurity, data analytics, blockchain technology, industrial robotics, emerging technologies and smart energy. This training is aimed at supporting the development of advanced digital skills in the workforce, with a particular focus on SMEs.

At the information point the UBU, as leader of the project, will make available to all interested parties the catalog of pilot courses available and planned for the future in this project.

FAE BURGOS and DIHBU also participate in the project.

The Eagle project is a strategic collaboration between eleven partners, funded by the European Union’s Digital Europe Program. The project consortium consists of five higher education institutions (HEIs), one center of excellence, one SME specialized in ICT and three business associations from seven different European countries: Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania and Cyprus. This initiative seeks to strengthen the digitalization capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe.
