SISMOS SYSTEMS S.L., is a startup based in Burgos, founded in 2025, with the aim of bringing artificial intelligence and vision to companies of all sizes. Its technology, based on deep learning algorithms trained with the factories’ own data and applied to vision systems, optimizes quality control processes, reduces losses, and improves production efficiency.
SISMOS was created to address the difficulties faced by many SMEs when implementing artificial vision and AI systems: high costs, technical complexity, and dependence on third parties.
Inspired by demanding sectors such as meat, where product variability makes quality control difficult, it has developed Visor IA, a comprehensive solution that combines an Edge AI hardware node with a no-code SaaS platform.
This proprietary technological solution allows automatic quality control to be integrated into existing infrastructures, learning from actual production variability and evolving with the needs of the plant.
Its approach seeks to democratize intelligent visual inspection, reducing risks, implementation times, and costs, and bringing advanced artificial intelligence technologies with an immediate impact on efficiency and competitiveness to SMEs.
