K-ISS by Keyland: Robotics systems integration software. It connects the robotics systems with the rest of the plant systems such as: SAP, AVEVA, MES systems, CMMS, WMS…. In addition, they can control and manage different devices such as RFID arches, WISE modules or ZEBRA printers. To this, we must add the integration of people, as its system allows through simple interfaces and tailored to the needs of its customers, the interaction with the entire system of the operators who are deemed necessary.

Keyland will present how this technological solution has been implemented at Antolin’s Aragusa plant in two of its automation projects: one for the transfer of containers to its 25 injectors and of manufactured product from its injectors, and another for the pick & place stations at the exit of 4 injectors. Recently, K-ISS has won the FAE Innovation Award 2024 (Medium Company), promoted by FAE Burgos and the Caja de Burgos Foundation.
K-ISS has also been implemented at the Signify plant in Valladolid as part of its project to automate the transport of racks from its vertical warehouses to its production lines.
