Abstract
The paper focuses on presenting real industrial use cases where the detection system has been developed and implemented
The proposal addresses the problem of domain drift in artificial intelligence systems applied to industrial processes, where models lose accuracy over time due to changes in the production process (alloy variations, machinery wear, new data).
The use case includes:
- Energy consumption analysis and automatic power control on the Disa line.
- Initial optimal power recommendation model, which calculates the minimum power required to meet production targets.
- Dynamic adaptation of the model, which allows AI systems to be converted into living models, capable of evolving alongside the actual process.
Expected benefits:
- Operational efficiency: reduction of downtime and anticipation of maintenance.
- Economic savings: less scrap and optimization of raw materials and energy.
- Quality and safety: more robust production and lower risk of defects.
- Sustainability: energy savings as the main positive impact.
