The University of Burgos (UBU) is a public university focused on internationalization and excellence in teaching that, in just 25 years, has become a reference in Spanish university research and knowledge transfer to industry, being distinguished by the Ministry of Education as Campus of International Excellence (CEI).
Its educational offer consists of 24 degrees, 8 double degrees, 26 master’s degrees, 11 doctoral programs and 20 own degrees.
With 76 Research Groups in Sciences, Social Sciences, Engineering and Construction, Art and Humanities and Health Sciences, it occupies outstanding positions in research and transparency rankings and participates in 8 European research and innovation programs, being a regional leader in some of them.
UBU belongs to DIHBU since 2019, as a knowledge center, providing its innovation and training capabilities.
