Description
The demonstrator displays a workstation equipped with various integrated technological solutions, accompanied by a screen showing different innovative applications, such as the use of layouts in virtual reality environments to optimize industrial design and planning.
4Lean (4Lean, Lda) is a company specializing in the design and implementation of Lean Manufacturing solutions. It develops flexible and reusable systems for efficient process management, such as workstations, logistics trains, component “supermarkets,” warehouses, and external logistics, incorporating elements of ergonomics, waste reduction, and visual improvements.

Pilot Deployments
The demonstrator offers multiple technological solutions; one of the most notable is Autopath Intralogistics, software developed in collaboration with CGS that accurately calculates the optimal trajectories for intralogistics machines. This tool has already been implemented by some of the leading European manufacturers in the sector, such as Movexx, Kion Group, and Genkinger.
