The information point integrates a set of Artificial Intelligence agents capable of interacting with each other to respond to user requests. Tasks can be activated by voice, text, or physical elements such as QR codes, offering a fluid and accessible experience. The solution combines agentic AI with process hyper-automation, enhancing efficiency and personalization of service. It also incorporates virtual reality to enrich interaction and open up new possibilities for intelligent automation.
Pilot implementations of intelligent agents have been carried out in different areas, demonstrating their versatility and applicability. These include: an agent for managing machine and tool maintenance, another for managing accident reports through voice activation, an agent specializing in human resources, a virtual sommelier capable of recommending wines, and an agent providing student support in the educational field. These experiences demonstrate the potential of artificial intelligence to transform industrial, business, and service sectors.
