EPIC-X Open Call for Women-Led Deep-Tech Startups
The EPIC-X Open Call for Women-Led Deep-Tech Startups is an initiative aimed at empowering and supporting women-led startups in the deep-tech sector across 16 moderate and emerging innovator countries in Europe. This call is part of EPIC-X’s effort to bridge the innovation gap and promote collaboration within the European innovation ecosystem.
Through this call for proposals, the selected startups will receive funding without capital transfer, as well as access to a six-month acceleration program that includes specialized training, mentoring, strategic support, international networking, and greater visibility within the European innovation ecosystem.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must meet several requirements:
- At least one woman must hold a founder or C-level position (e.g., CEO, CTO) with a minimum of 25% ownership or equivalent decision-making power.
- Established in one of the 16 moderate and emerging innovator countries: Bulgaria; Croatia Czech Republic; Estonia; Greece; Hungary; Italy; Latvia; Lithuania; Malta; Poland; Portugal; Romania; Slovakia; Slovenia; Spain
Cascade funding
EPIC-X offers a €60,000 lump sum grant to 20 selected startups.
