Abstract
Aggity presents a project developed for a company in the metal sector based on a corporate chatbot portal. The solution allows private chatbots to be created, so that information is not shared outside the organization. Each area of the company (maintenance, production, finance, IT, quality) has its own chatbot, to which it can upload documentation and make queries about that data using LLM models. All access and permission management is controlled through the company’s Active Directory, ensuring security and internal control.
