Technological Offer
ID. OT 73
Overview
The University of Burgos offers an advanced robotic solution with bimanual mobile robots designed to operate in difficult working environments, such as obstacles, adverse weather conditions, confined spaces or tasks requiring bimanual coordination (two arms).
Robots could include capabilities such as autonomous navigation, simultaneous handling of objects with two arms, adaptation to the environment, safety sensors, vision for obstacle detection, and remote or semi-autonomous control.
The objective is to facilitate tasks that today require high physical effort, risk for operators or difficult access, allowing greater security, reduced downtime, greater operational flexibility, and an improvement in productivity in complicated environments.
Type of partner sought
- Industrial companies with difficult working environments (mining, chemical plants, outdoor maintenance, aggressive environments) that need to automate complicated manipulations.
- Advanced robotics integrators and suppliers interested in coordinated mobile solutions adapted to extreme conditions.
- R & D centres or institutions wishing to collaborate in technological adaptation, pilot tests or validations in real environments.
Type of agreement sought
- Pilots or field tests to validate the functionality, safety and operability of the robot in real environments.
- Technological integration agreements, to incorporate these robots into production lines, maintenance, internal logistics, etc.
- Partnerships for joint development, continuous improvement of the design, specific adaptations to customer requirements.
