Abstract
KAIZEN Institute Western Europe, a division of KAIZEN Institute Ltd, a multinational consulting company specialized in the fields of KAIZEN™, Lean Management and continuous improvement, offers a customized consulting solution for the digitalization of internal logistics.
The company is looking for industrial SMEs in Castilla y León that need technical support to improve their internal logistics system, and intermediate entities or SME collectives for collaboration agreements.
Logistics-related issues are the main cause of production delays in industrial companies, with an average impact of more than 15% on productivity. Traditionally, companies tend to invest in storage space, complex automated systems, human resources and quality checks.
The service is oriented to an internal logistics model, implementing tools such as: Autonomous Guided Vehicles, RFID, Autonomous Warehouse Management System, Automated Storage Systems, Flexible Shelf Management, Pick-to-light – pick-by-voice, Inventory inspection by drones, and digital twin generation for warehouse operations.
