Abstract
KAIZEN Institute Western Europe, a division of KAIZEN Institute Ltd, a multinational consulting company specialized in the fields of KAIZEN™, Lean Management and continuous improvement, offers a solution to achieve the effective integration of customer experience in the business model and in the digitized management of companies.
The company is looking for SMEs in Castilla y León that need to improve this aspect of customer experience integration, for implementation pilots, and also, intermediate entities or groups of SMEs, for technical and commercial collaboration agreements.
The solution is based on the customized incorporation of the following digital tools:
- CRM to manage customer interactions and follow up with customers
- Segmentation through analytics, to deliver valuable and personalized experiences
- Customer experience mapping, using machine vision to capture emotions, and sensors to monitor product usage
- Knowledge management software
- Self-service portals, to enable customers to access information, track orders and product availability, and complete tasks
