Abstract
A startup based in the Basque Country, AOTECH, whose mission is to apply photonic solutions to all types of industrial processes, has developed for the food industry the AONIR platform, which achieves a more efficient and sustainable production.
The startup is looking for food industries for testing and implementation of its platform, as well as commercial partners.
The platform has two main components:
- optical sensors based on near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR)
- an IoT platform where sensor data is collected and reports and alarms are generated in real time.
The key component is the sensors, which are installed on the production line itself, and can send real-time data on the chemical composition of the product or humidity, as well as monitoring of different processes, to its IoT platform or directly to a PLC.
With this data, quick decisions can be made to prevent the final product from falling outside certain specifications, while achieving strict quality control and traceability.
Partner type sought
- industrial production companies willing to install the solution as an end customer, through pilots or complete implementations.
- technology companies willing to be our partners to jointly develop and commercialize solutions.
Type of agreement sought
Commercial agreements, Commercial collaboration agreements, Technical collaboration agreements.
